“It was amazing, Jose contacted me regarding low disk space on my computer, he instantly identified that the issue was related to insufficient storage on my computer (ED-11). He inform me of the situation and proceeded to troubleshoot the issue by remote onto my computer for direct access and support. He observed that the C: Drive was at 90% capacity, indicating critically low disk space. He then navigated to the Downloads folder and removed unnecessary files to free up space. He then performed a Disk Cleanup using the built-in Windows utility to remove Temporary files, System cache, Recycle bin contents, and other non-essential files that I had no idea about, it was like watching maestro. He successfully reduced my disk usage and brought the C: Drive down to 78% full, resulting in approximately 53GB of free space. I mean like WOW. Give him a raise!!!!”
