Over 25 years ago, CEO Mark Smith was frustrated with the lack of innovation from the IT support staff at his employer. So, he took another approach. In 2000, Mark Smith and a few family members opened Advanced Business Innovations, Inc. to support businesses with cutting-edge technology practices.
